The eurokendo name and Logo are the trademarks of the company. All other trademarks appearing on the eurokendo.com site remain the property of their respective owners. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, typographic, photographic and descriptive errors are subject to corrections. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item without prior notice. All prices quoted by eurokendo include VAT @17.5% except children's clothing which is zero rated.

Customers agree to pay the total price including VAT, carriage and any handling costs as specified at the time of purchase. eurokendo reserves the right to refuse to supply. Customer's credit cards will normally only be charged for goods that are available for dispatch. For orders deemed special orders we reserve the right to charge the customer in advance of the estimated delivery date. If an item is not available we will email you telling you when that product is likely to be in stock and possibly offering an alternative. If the estimated delivery time is unacceptable you have the option to cancel your order. If paying by cheque, the goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared (Normally 6 working days).

Any U.k mainland orders are charged at discounted rate of reliable 'domesitc courrier services' e.g. Parcelforce, HomeDeliveryNetwork

The Website will work out the price of shipping with each item that is put in the cart, these can easily be removed at any time before checkout and you are under no obligation to continue the order. At eurokendo we do not hide hidden costs from the customer until checkout.

We aim to dispatch goods for a 7-10 working day delivery service. If you have not received anything within that period, please contact us as we aim to notify you of delays and the parcel could be in transit and need chasing. i.e. no one was in etc

Please note couriers and delivery services tend to deliver during the working day; you may find it easier to give a work address, as parcels will need to be signed for. Please ensure a complete delivery address is provided as incomplete address can result in a delay or even the goods returning undelivered by the courier company.

Please check deliveries are no split or damaged when signing from the courier, if they are please sign for them damaged and contact us if there is a shortage or the goods are damaged. Ensure that you are signing for the correct amount of parcels and that none are missing. If there is not the right amount only sign for the amount you are taking in. Unfortunately if goods are signed for, when the parcels are damaged or missing and it later turns out that goods are missing or damaged we will be unable to replace the items concerned.
International Shipping Policy
International shipping is available at eurokendo. To obtain a free quote or to order simply register an account selecting your country, whilst logged in to your account any products added to your cart will show a shipping price, you can remove the items from your cart at any time before checkout and you are under no obligation to proceed with the order before payment. At eurokendo we do not believe in hidden prices from the customer only showing up at the time of ordering. Prices quoted for shipping via our software are relative to the country selected. We use EMS/DHL/Royal Mail and while delivery times may vary, they will normally be delivered in 10 working days. Delivery to non EU countries may incur import duties and taxes. eurokendo Limited cannot be held liable for any extra duties or taxes that are charged by Customs and Excise. Claiming back VAT is the responsibility of the customer
Undeliverable Goods
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address you provide when your order is delivered to sign. If no one is home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left for you. If, subsequently, your order is returned to us by the carrier because they couldn't deliver the goods or because you didn't contact them to re-arrange the delivery or collect your order from their offices when carded, you will be required to pay the original shipping cost and incurred by eurokendo. If you choose to cancel your order rather than have it delivered a second time, you will receive a full refund less carriage and return carriage charges incurred by eurokendo. This also applies if the delivery address you supplied was incorrect or incomplete delivery, which resulted in return of an order by the carrier.
Cancellation Policy
Please email us at support@eurokendo.com with the full order details and your order reference. Orders can be cancelled providing dispatch has not occurred or we had to order the goods in specially and you was notified. If you wish to cancel after dispatch, please read the refund terms and conditions.
Security Policy
eurokendo uses secure server software (SSL) to ensure that your personal details will be protected against fraudulent use whilst on our site. The encryption level used is 128 bit and ensures that we are the only recipient able to view your details once they have been decrypted on our secure server offline. Payment
eurokendo offers 4 methods of payment : by PayPal, Credit card (Debit card, Visa or MasterCard), bank transfer or cheque


PayPal enables you to pay for your order directly without having to provide your bank details over the Internet. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential data with the help of the best technology available on the market


You can pay for your order using Solo and Maestro debit cards, which guarantee security and modern electronic banking

Please note that if the security department suspects fraud, we have the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.

To pay by credit card, your account is debited when your order is forwarded on condition that we have received pre-authorisation for your account. If sufficient funds are not available, your order will not be taken into account.


Bank transfer: your payment will be processed when your bank transfer is received. Once your payment is received, we will dispatch your goods. The processing of off-line payments may take several days.


You can also send in Cheque/Postal Order by the same process, stating in your customer notes that you are sending in payment or telephone with details. Cheques are made payable to eurokendo Ltd.
30 Days Non Faulty refund
eurokendo operate a no-hassle 30-day money back guarantee, we aim to take the stress out of online ordering and as a reputable company of bricks and mortar give you ample time to return those unwanted items. eurokendo must simply receive the goods back within 30 days from delivery date, if the consumer wishes to return unwanted goods. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. eurokendo reserve the right to refuse to refund the goods subject to the goods being of non merchantable quality. Refunds will be for the value of the goods and will not include the cost of postage to send the goods to the customer. All costs of returning the goods must be borne by the customer and eurokendo Limited accept no liability for goods damaged or lost whilst in transit from the customer to eurokendo Limited.

If the customer wishes to exchange goods they will be charged a handling fee of ¡Ì5.00 one item and ¡Ì8.95 for two or more. Bulky items will be charged at cost. If the goods received by the consumer are different from those ordered, the cost of returning the product will be credited back to the customer and no postage will be charged for sending the goods back out, please include the receipt for the postage cost if you are entitled to a postage refund.

For your convenience you can log into your account and select the order that requires an item to send back, you will then receive on approval an authorization number, simply print the order out marking the item returned with the authorization number.

For you protection we would advice you send the goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Returns
eurokendo is responsible for all kendo products that we sell. If there is any issue regards about the quality problem, and the fault is on the side of eurokendo, we will always be responsible and try our best to help customer to work out the best solution for both of us. However, the customer is responsible for providing us with details of the quality problem and follows our terms and conditions.

Refund
1. All the kind of quality issue, customer must be notice us within 30 days from delivery date. Customer can send us the e-mail to notice us the issue first, and submit the photo to us later, but all the notification must be sent within 1 month after your kendo equipment arrived.
2. If the customer was given the size that was ordered but this turns out not to be the size desired, eurokendo will not give a full refund; for detail, please exchange policy, below.
3. There is no refund available for shinai if the shinai has been used. A shinai will not count as used if the customer has simply unassembled the shinai to check for cracks or to check if the shinai is underweight.
4. Customers are required to provide us with a photo of the faulty product.
5. If eurokendo requires the customer to return the product, the customer must ship back the item with an original packing.
6. If eurokendo requires the customer to destroy the product, the customer must destroy the product and send us photographic evidence.

Exchange
1. The customer must notify eurokendo of all exchange issues within 30 days of the order delivery. The customer can send us an e-mail to notify us of the issue first and return the product later, but all notifications must be sent within 30 days of delivery date.
2. All the kendo products must be returned in 100% new condition, otherwise a surcharge may apply.
3. The customer needs to cover all the extra shipping cost.
4. If the return shipping cost is too expensive, the customer can discuss the matter with eurokendo staffs. Customers can choose to destroy the original order to get a discount for the replacement. The product must be destroyed to gain the discount.

If you are unhappy with the quality or performance of a product, please email us on support@eurokendo.com This does not affect your statutory rights.
Complaints
We constantly strive to improve our customer services. In the unlikely event you feel the need to register a complaint or have a suggestion for eurokendo. Please contact us immediately. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days. We will keep you updated on our investigation into your complaint and notify you with the outcome. Please email support@eurokendo.com
Use of equipment
Please note that kendo equipment must at all times be used in accordance with the manufacturer¡¯s instructions. Please consult your doctor if you have any doubt as to the suitability of the exercise you are undertaking. Any item with manufacturer¡¯s warranty is passed on to the customer. eurokendo Limited has no control over the terms of the warranty and would advise you the customer to complete any necessary documentation as specified by the manufacturer. Any guarantees and warranties offered are in addition to the costumers¡¯ statutory rights. We recommend that before undertaking a new martial art regime to consult your doctor.
General
eurokendo Limited will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website resulting from unauthorized access or alteration of your transmission or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. eurokendo provide links to sites that we feel will be of interest to you the consumer. We do not however have any responsibility for the content of that site or any grievance that you may subsequently have over goods or services provided from that company. If you have any concerns relating to a company that is linked to our site please contact us on support@eurokendo.com .

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and eurokendo Limited cannot be held responsible for 3rd party deliveries.
